These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowaify website and services. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Flowaify designs, builds, and manages lead-automation systems — including instant lead response, CRM sync, follow-up sequences, and appointment booking — configured around your business. Specific scope, timelines, and fees are set out in the plan or agreement you enter with us.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the access we need to build your system;
• Obtain any required consent from your leads and comply with applicable laws for outreach (for example CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and similar messaging and privacy rules); and
• Use the system lawfully and not for spam, deceptive, or prohibited activity.

Ownership

The workflows, automations, and integrations we build live in your accounts, and you own that system and its data. Flowaify retains ownership of its own methods, templates, and underlying know-how.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing terms, and any recurring charges are those agreed in your plan or order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Third-party services

Your system relies on third-party tools you connect (CRM, email, and messaging providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability, limits, and pricing are outside our control.

Capacity and results

Capacity figures we describe (for example volumes and throughput) are design capabilities and depend on your connected systems, providers, and configuration. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, or revenue.

Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowaify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement as described in your plan. On termination, your system and data remain in your accounts; we will remove our access on request.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowaify operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
